Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: When are our orders shipped? A: Orders are usually shipped the next business after they are placed.
Q: What shipping carriers do you use? A: We use Fedex and USPS. Depending on weight and location it is going to, we use one that will get the package there the fastest. For International we only ship US postal Service.
Q: Where do you ship to? A: We ship Worldwide with some exclusion countries.
Q: Is there Sales Tax on the order? A: Sales Tax is charged to all orders shipped to New York.
Q: What types of payment do you accept? A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal.
Q: What is your return policy? A: All items must be return within 30 days of purchase with prior authorization. Returned merchandise should be in original resalable condition.
